The SOUP is a Weiss Distribution Technique tool designed for speed, ergenomics, and durability.
 
  • 2:1 planetary overdrive geartrain—distribututes twice as fast as you turn it.
  • Locking base securely attaches SOUP to portafilter ears, preventing spillage and automatically aligning the tool.
  • Planetary pattern with circumfrence needle ensures complete coverage of entire basket

Each package includes an assembled SOUP top assembly, a portafilter mount, a set of needles cut to size, a jig to cut extra needles, and assembly instructions.

The SOUP is printed out of PLA plastic and is designed so that no plastic comes in contact with any coffee.
Items are made-to-order and may take up to 1 week to ship. Shipping is free within the United States. Returns are not accepted.
